Welcome to AHG Troop NC-0834
American Heritage Girls is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the mission of building women of integrity through service to God, family, community and country. The organization offers girls ages 5-17, badge programs, service projects, girl leadership opportunities, and outdoor experiences to its members. It serves as a catalyst for building young women of integrity and faith. It also broadens girls' social development through extra-curricular activities. “I wanted to help the community and help teach the younger kids, and it’s important to me to be able to do it while strengthening my faith. Last year my mother was baptized while wearing her AHG T-shirt because she wanted to lead by example too.”

TROOP SCRIPTURE VERSE
Psalm 8:3-4: When I look at your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have set in place, what is man that you are mindful of him, and the son of man that you care for him?
TROOP CLOSING PRAYER
May the power of the Father, the wisdom of the Son, and the love of the Holy Spirit, guide us to walk worthy and live with integrity until we meet again.
“I’ve learned leadership skills, about leading the younger girls and leading among my friends. It was also really important to me to be a part of a community, and AHG has been really great for that.”
-Allison Strufe, 12th grade AHG Girl
